Hi, Hi America Today in our show we talk about the Maya culture and its predictions relative to the end of the world, also we talk with a member   of this culture and with a scientific who give us his opinions.

First of all, we have to know that the Maya culture was one of the brilliant and powerful civilizations in Mesoamerica, but pitiful we don’t know much of his legacy. We just know some advances in his astronomy, mathematical and about his civilization which was extended about a period of more than three thousand years, in this moment more actual than ever due to its predictions about the end of the world.

The first one talks about the end of the fear and tell us: The world full of hatred and materialistic will finish on Friday 21 of December in the year of 2012 and with this, will come the end of the fear. In this day the human race have to choose between disappear like a thinking species or evolve to the harmonic integration with all the universe.

The second Maya’s prophecy announces that the behavior of all the humanity will change quickly from the beginning of the sun eclipse of 11/august 1999, that day we saw how a fire ring appear in the sky. It was an eclipse unpreceding in the history of the humanity due to the alignment in cosmic cross with the center of the earth with almost all the planets in the solar system.

The third prophecy says that a heat wave increases the temperature of the planet, causing climatic changes and social geological unprecedented magnitude and extraordinary speed.

The fourth Mayan prophecy says that the temperature rise caused by anti-ecological behavior of men and increased solar activity would cause a melting of polar ice

The fifth prophecy says that systems will fail to meet the man himself and make him see the need to reorganize society, and continue on the path of evolution, leading us to understand creation.

The sixth prophecy tells us that in the coming years will see a comet whose trajectory will endanger the very existence of man.

And the seventh last Mayan prophecy tells of the time when the solar system in its cyclical turning out at night to enter the dawn the galaxy.

• What is the Maya prediction of 2012?

Maya: The Maya prediction is based on the Kinich-Ahau (Sun) every 5200 years is synchronized with the body of which it is a part of, leading to changes in our planet. And this cycle marks the December 21, 2012.

• And what about the much-discussed end of the world?

Maya: It does not mean exactly that the end of the world is near, it is a change of mentality in humans, the end of the material and superficial world that we have had for a long time.

• But all that has been happening, so many disasters and global warming, what does it mean?

Maya: According to the Maya, since 1999 we are in a transitional stage full of cataclysms in which we have to realize how important the Earth is and what we're doing.

• Anything else you want to tell our viewers?

Maya: I invite you to leave our superficial thinking, and becoming aware of what we are doing to our planet, this planet is the most important thing we have and we cannot continue running in the way how we are doing it.

According to the Mayan Long Count calendar, the December 21, 2012 is the last day of the thirteenth Baktun. The Maya recorded this date as 13.0.0.0.0. Let's first look at counting method of the Maya:

144.000: Baktun

For example 6.19.19.0.0 is equal to 6 baktun, 19 katun, 19 tun, 0 unial y 0 kin. The total is 1.007.640 días. Según J. Eric S. Thompson, 0.0.0.0.0 is equal to  11 de agosto de 3114 a.C. So 13.0.0.0.0 are 5.125 years after that, that is,  21 of december 2012.

Since the Maya were expert sky-watchers, scholars of that civilization studied the sky future for December 21, 2012 and realized the reason that the Maya identified this day as the last. This day will be a winter solstice. The sun will overlap exactly with the point of intersection of the ecliptic of the Milky Way and Ecuador.

At this point, the sun will be located in the cleft of the Milky Way. Or the Milky Way "sit" on Earth. It will be almost like opening a door to heaven to Earth.

• What is the Maya prediction of 2012?

Scientist: The universe has cycles, the body of which they talk about in their forecasts is the galaxy, which has its own cycles, the Maya culture can talk about one of the cycles that it has and they may have their interpretations of the impact it has on Earth.

• And what about the much-discussed end of the world?

Scientist: Many scientists have tried to give logical theories by arguing that the world will end in 2012, but no one predicted this will happen.

• But all that has been happening, so many disasters and global warming, what does it mean?

Scientist: Both global warming and other disasters are normal natural things that have gone around the world throughout history, of the human race and the Earth; it has nothing to do with the time where we are living in. Many people have linked the warming to changes in the Earth's interior, but this has very little to do, the Earth's surface heat has no impact on these processes.

• Anything else you want to tell our viewers?

Scientist: All I have to say is you should  research more and not believe all the stories about the supposed end of the world, which have no solid foundation and cannot guarantee anything about the end of the world.

Is 2012 going to be the "End of The World?"

No, not in terms of the complete destruction of the Earth and some kind of annihilation scenario. 2012 is not bringing the end of the planet.

When we contemplate the expression "end of the world" let us realize the term "world" can refer to a cycle; a period of time; a world age era. Therefore 2012 is signalling the completion of one World Age Cycle, transitting into an emerging New World Age to come.

It is said that the world we are ending is the one that is dominated by materialism and ego consciousness, therefore it may be that the world to follow will be founded on different values that honor the spirit of the interdependence of all of life.

There are ideas in the collective mind that assert that 2012 is bringing the "end of the world as we know it," which may be linked with its other association of heralding "the end of linear time," and no one can say how valid these claims may be. However, based on the complex situation we are in as a planet, no one can predict the longevity of our modern world with all of its technological dependencies and unsustainable customs. Likewise, the more conscious we become of the non-linear, synchronistic nature of existence, the more rapidly we may indeed evolve beyond the linear time paradigm.

In regards to the ever-increasing attention on the December 21, 2012 date, the living Maya of Guatemala urgently want it to be known that their ancient prophecies have been distorted and misportrayed as doomsday predictions. They do not advocate all the fear and hysteria that is being generated by the sensationalized 2012 rumors, and they want people to be aware that most of the 2012 (mis)information being put out is not sourced from the Maya or their calendars whatsoever, even though it may appear to be associated with them.

In regards to the popular fascination with the possible "end of the world" cataclysm scenario in 2012, it is important to understand that these modern fantasies projected from our collective psyche are reflecting our internal process of fearing how out of harmony with nature we are collectively living. There is a sense of an impending retaliation from nature that will come, as a great punishment upon our misguided human world.

While it is clear we are living in times of great uncertainty and great imbalance, we need to realize that terrorizing ourselves by energizing fear-based rumors does not assist us in rising to the great challenges we face. Fear is a primal universal human reality, based on understanding how vulnerable we actually are, yet we need to understand that if we believe in all the fear thoughts, we can easily become shut down, delusional or reactionary in ways that feed the fear and lead us further into darkness.

In this time of prophecy, we need to move from motivating ourselves not from fear, but from awareness. To navigate these critical times on earth, in addition to our discernment and our intuition, we must find our hearts and follow their inspiration, for they are our purest guides and can help us tune into our unique path of service.

When we contemplate what the world might be like beyond 2012, let us be clear that no one can predict the specifics of how things may appear as we enter this new cycle, or whether the transformations still to come may emerge gradually or swiftly. Everything depends on how conscious we can become as a species, and how we all contribute to this process of awakening our human potential. The details of how this new era may actually manifest is up to the merits of our collective creativity and the possible breakthroughs which can unfold through our resourcefulness and ingenuity.

Everything will change...Change is accelerating now, and it will continue to accelerate...If the people of the earth can get to this 2012 date in good shape, without having destroyed too much of the Earth, we will rise to a new, higher level. But to get there we must transform enormously powerful forces that seek to block the way...Humanity will continue, but in a different way. Material structures will change. From this we will have the opportunity to be more human..."

We are going to do a TV NEWS program. There we are going to interview a person from Maya’s culture and a scientific person will talk us of the theory and she will compare her theory and Maya’s theory.

 CONTENT:

1.    We will headlines news on our subject.
2.     The person who direct the TV program will welcome and he talk about the topic per 3 minutes
3.     The presenter will introduce to reporter who interview a Maya´s person for question her about the theory of the end of the world. She talks per 5 min defending her theory and the reporter talk per 3min.
4.     The reporter will finish the interview and talk to the presenter
5.     The commercials will begin and will finish after 20 or 30 seconds
6.     The person who direct the TV program (presenter) will talk about the topic per 2 minutes and then, he will introduce to the reporter who is with a scientific person.
7.    The reporter interview a scientific person and question her about her theory and she will compare the theory of Maya´s person and her theory. The reporter will talk per 2 minutes and she will talk per 5 minutes.
8.     The reporter will finish the interview and talk to the presenter.
9.     The person who direct (presenter) the program will thanks and will finish the program.
